Become the leader who builds trustworthy AI

The C.A.S.E. certification is a live, 10-night leadership program where you’ll master a proven governance framework, build a working AI prototype, and gain the confidence to lead in the new era of work.

Trusted by leaders from

A human-first learning community

Why This Program is Live, Not Pre-Recorded

Your journey into AI leadership shouldn't be a lonely one. We intentionally designed this as a live, cohort-based experience because the greatest challenges in AI are not technical; they are human. This is a safe space to ask questions, build alongside peers, and get direct feedback from a trusted guide.

Live, interactive sessions

This is a safe space to ask "dumb" questions and get real-time answers from a trusted guide. You are not just a number; you are a leader in a small, curated group of peers.

Direct access & feedback

You'll get direct feedback on your work from the creator of the C.A.S.E. Framework™, Brittnee Alston. We don't just teach the theory; we help you apply it to your specific challenges.

Collaborative sprints

You will build your agent and pitch deck alongside a community of fellow leaders. This isn't just a course; it's a collaborative sprint that builds your network and your confidence simultaneously.

What you’ll leave with

DTT‑ready prototype

A working agent with Consent Gates™ and escalation patterns that passes the Digital Therapist Test™.

Executive pitch deck

A concise, board‑ready deck and one‑pager to explain risk, ROI, and guardrails.

Governance toolkit

Context Packet™, Consequence Map™, Reasoned Trace™, Model Card™, Decision Ledger™—ready to reuse.

Proven methodology, tangible results

Independent teaching results from the HELC‑approved curriculum that underpins the C.A.S.E. certification:

100%

reported a deeper understanding of advanced AI concepts.

83%

rated the hands‑on lab work “helpful” or “very helpful.”

4.5/5

Alumni wins: increased day‑to‑day AI use, clearer project scoping, and portfolio‑ready capstones.

C.A.S.E. is for the leader, not the coder.

Meet Your Instructor & C.A.S.E. Architect

"The Architect of Trust"

Brittnee Savage Alston

Founder, B.AI Group | Creator of the C.A.S.E. Framework™

I'm a systems architect who spent years building at places like AWS and in govtech. I saw firsthand that most AI projects fail not on the technology, but on the lack of a human-centered governance plan. I created the C.A.S.E. Framework™ to fix that—to give leaders like you the clear, repeatable system needed to innovate with confidence. I don't just teach the theory; I guide you through the real-world application so you can lead with authority.

PMI-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

GovTech & Enterprise Systems Consultant

Global Project Leadership: Led complex, cross-cultural technology and event projects for global brands both remotely and on-site.

TRUSTWORTHY PEDIGREE

C.A.S.E. is built on a NIST-aligned, enterprise-ready foundation

The C.A.S.E. Framework™ was developed in the trenches of govtech and praised by the DC HELC for its robust, NIST-aligned approach to governance. You will learn a methodology that maps directly to the principles of human oversight, transparency, and risk management that executives and auditors demand.

No. This is intentionally not a technical certification. It is a strategic leadership program designed to teach you decision architecture and governance. You will prototype to prove the governance hooks, but no coding is required.

C.A.S.E. (Context, Attunement, Safeguards, Escalation) is our proprietary operating system for responsible AI. It’s a simple, repeatable framework that helps leaders move from abstract principles to concrete, auditable actions.

Our instructor authored the first AI governance curriculum reviewed by the DC HELC. This certification is the official, expanded version of that same praised, NIST-aligned methodology.
