CASE-P CERTIFICATION-FOUNDING COHORT

C.A.S.E. Certified:

Human-Attuned AI Governance Professional (CASE-P)

CASE-P is the applied professional credential in the Human-Attuned AI governance discipline. Over six weeks, you will move from theory (CASE-F) to operationalizing the mandatory normative requirements of the Standard.

You will build a fully defined, auditable, and validated Conformity Evidence Portfolio—the essential asset required for an organization to justify its multi-million dollar AI investment to regulators and auditors. This Portfolio is mapped to the C.A.S.E.™ Standard’s minimum conformity domains and evidence categories, designed to be audit-ready and implementation-viable in real operating environments.

Includes: C.A.S.E.™ Standard v1.0:2026 (Ratified Release) + Toolkit Templates + 1 exam attempt + lifetime CASE Academy community access.

Who It’s For

Senior leaders, governance professionals, and enterprise practitioners responsible for real deployment risk—especially in regulated or high-stakes decision environments.

Become the leader who ensures transparent, attuned AI systems

Operational Outcomes & Audit Readiness

During the cohort, you will transition from understanding system architecture ("the what") to mastering validation and audit ("the how-to-prove-it") by achieving the following operational outcomes:

Master Phase 2: Mission Modeling and
Phase 3: Context Infrastructure

of the C.A.S.E. Implementation Roadmap, ensuring the proper scope, boundaries, and contextual controls are defined for a system.

Design and verify the Reasoning & Risk-Tiering Workflow
(Section 4.3)

enabling R0–R4 Risk Tier Alignment and guaranteeing the Escalation Network (Section 3.6) protects the organization from R4 critical risk.

Implement the mandatory
Performance Requirements
(Section 5.5)

by creating the Digital Therapist Test™ validation protocol, and construct the immutable  Governance Ledger (Section 3.8) required for forensic traceability and regulatory audit.

Achieve C.A.S.E. Maturity Level 4 readiness
(Section 6.4)

by compiling the complete, auditable Conformity Evidence Portfolio needed to prove organizational and system-level compliance with all nine mandatory documentation artifacts.

Program Format

CASE-P is a six-week, live, applied certification designed to produce a complete Conformity Evidence Portfolio and prepare candidates for the CASE-P exam.

Live Session Options (Choose one section):

  • Americas Section: Wednesdays, 8:00–11:00 PM ET (5:00–8:00 PM PT)

  • EU/Global Section: Thursdays, 1:00–4:00 PM ET (6:00–9:00 PM UK / 7:00–10:00 PM CET)

Weekly Structure (Live):

  • Instruction + standards mapping

  • Applied build lab (artifact development)

  • Rubric-based review (what “passing” looks like)

  • Submission checklist + next steps

Expected Weekly Work (Outside Class):

  • 2–4 hours/week for artifact completion, revisions, and portfolio packaging

Office Hours (Optional):

  • Mondays, 12:00–1:00 PM ET (Q&A, portfolio support, and implementation questions)

Outcome:

  • A complete Conformity Evidence Portfolio (audit-ready artifact set)

  • Eligibility to sit for the CASE-P certification exam (passing score required; 1 exam attempt included)

Program Overview

The program is structured across nine conformity domains of the Standard, culminating in the creation of your audit-ready evidence package.

Week 1: Governance Architecture & Mission Boundaries (Domains: Governance Components)

  • Define the Human Oversight Framework (HOF) roles (HOF-1 through HOF-5) and establish Mission Model Card™ boundaries. Deliverable: Governance Ledger and Context Ledger structure (system-of-record plan).

Week 2: Risk Tiering & Escalation Network Design (Domains: Risk Tiering and Escalation)

  • Define R0–R4 autonomy limits using the CUE Matrix™ and assign required controls to the Escalation Network (EN Layer).

Week 3: Consent, Inference, & Psychological Safety Controls (Domains: Consent and Deep Inference; Psychological Safety)

  • Implement Consent Gates™ design and define the Psychological Safety Control Set (PS-CF™) to manage cognitive load, manipulation avoidance, and error recovery.

Week 4: Context Integrity & Data Continuity (Domains: Context Integrity and Continuity)

  • Define attributable context intake requirements and design the Context Packet™ and Context Ledger spec, including mandatory Data Lineage and Context Freshness controls.

Week 5: Safeguards Layer & Traceability Architecture (Domains: Safeguards Layer; Traceability)

  • Build a Consequence Map™ and define the Safeguards Layer control register. Implement the minimum specifications for the immutable Governance Ledger and Reasoned Trace™ architecture.

Week 6: Evaluation, Oversight, & Performance Management (Domains: Escalation & Human Oversight; Evaluation & Performance Management)

  • Design escalation pathways and run the mandatory boundary behavior evaluation using the Digital Therapist Test™ (DTT™). Validate both Attunement Accuracy (≥ 60%) and Risk-Tiering Precision (≥ 60%).

DELIVERABLES

Certification Standard: Conformity Evidence Portfolio

Certification is awarded upon the successful defense and final approval of the Conformity Evidence Portfolio.

This final deliverable is a pre-audited suite of governance artifacts that justifies the price point and confirms the rigor of your pathway.

The Capstone Portfolio must demonstrate:

  • 100% Completeness and Quality of the nine mandatory documentation artifacts from Clause 5.7 of the Standard.

  • Implementation Viability across all nine minimum conformity domains of the C.A.S.E. Standard.

  • Validation Gate Success, evidenced by the approved Digital Therapist Test™ (DTT) report, confirming the system is prepared for Level 4 Governance.

Deliverables: Conformity Evidence Portfolio

The CASE-P Capstone requires participants to build a fully defined, auditable, and validated Conformity Evidence Portfolio. This is not simply a set of templates; it is the comprehensive, pre-audited suite of governance artifacts required for an organization to prove compliance with major global frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act).

The Portfolio must contain all nine mandatory documentation artifacts:

  1. Mission Model Card™

  2. Context Packet™

  3. Context Ledger

  4. Governance Ledger

  5. Risk-Tiering Log

  6. Escalation Records

  7. Consent Gate Audit Trail

  8. Consequence Map™

  9. Digital Therapist Test™ report
